Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Your goods must be in the original packaging and you will need to have the proof of purchase.

Please also state the reason for the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Shipping

All bags are made to order so delivery time can be up to 21 days. We will however endeavor to get your order out as quickly as possible.

We use Royal Mail to send out all our orders, items are sent 1st class signed for, so please ensure someone will be available to sign for your items.

International Shipping

We ship all our work internationally, please ensure that you select the correct region for shipping, all items require a signature upon delivery.

International delivery times vary depending on destination.

Please note that customers outside of the United Kingdom will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.
