Can you make the strap length to fit me on any of your bags?
Since each bag is handmade here in-house, we can customise the strap length to suit your height and preferences, just add a note with your order to state your height and UK dress size.
If I customise my bag strap length is it still returnable?
Yes you can still return for exchange or refund, just let us know via email.
Do you offer promotions?
You can sign up to our newsletter for 10% off your first order and you will hear about all other promotions and offers this way.
Can I see samples of the leather colours?
Yes, send us an email requesting which colours you'd like to see and your postal address. There is no charge for this service.
Where do you ship to?
At the moment we ship worldwide with the exception of the USA due to the tariffs situation. We do hope to be able to ship to the USA again soon!
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in original packaging with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to original payment method.
I need my bag for a particular date, can you help?
Let us know as soon as possible via email and we'll do our best to help.
Do you have any stockists where I can see you bags?
No, at the moment all Anna Pugh bags are only available on our online shop.
